Seamus Fox is a coach and mentor and speaker on all things mindset and personal performance.
He is known for his expertise in human behaviour and health & fitness. He started out in the fitness industry building multiple businesses in the past 20 years and as a coach has successfully guided individuals worldwide, including elite athletes and high-performing executives to become more empowered in their thinking and performance.
Seamus has trained under Dr Demartini in the Demartini Institute and became a qualified facilitator of the Demartini method in 2021.

Getting to the Titanic Hotel by Car
Vehicles approaching Belfast on the M1 or M2 should follow the signs to Belfast City Airport M3, taking the first exit for Titanic Quarter.
The car parking charge for Titanic Hotel Belfast residential guests using Titanic Belfast underground car park will be as follows:
Residents: £18.00 for a 24hr period payable at reception on check-out - guests MUST present the entry ticket received on entering the car park. The hotel reception will then validate the ticket accordingly. PLEASE NOTE that cars cannot be taken out of the car park during this period otherwise additional charges will apply - it is a one entry/one exit ticket.

Getting to the Titanic Hotel using the Glider
Use Belfast’s newest transport service “The Glider” to transport you from Belfast City Centre direct to Titanic Quarter and Titanic Hotel Belfast. Take the G2 from Wellington Place or Custom House Square to the Queen’s road stop situated next to the hotel.
